Replace Fascia, Soffit, and Gutters
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! James did the guttering and soffit boards on my house in March 2025. £3285 and he gave a 10-year guarantee. Things started going wrong a few hours after he left: bits of soffit trim fell down and the brand new gutter leaked in several places and is still leaking. He keeps promising to return but never does. I have sent 2 official letters of complaint and have screenshots and photos of our correspondence. His company was called ORION PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS but he dissolved it in 2025 and now has a new name. He offers large discounts on future work if you give a him a 5-star review. He puts lots of pressure to pay him immediately. Some of the gutter brackets use 2 screws but he put 1 in and as a result they are quite lose and are visibly not straight. My carpenter told me from day 1 that James doesn’t know what he was doing and unfortunately he was right. He doesn’t stand by his work. I honestly don’t think he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
Pitched Roof Repair and Tile Replacement
James was a nice man but needs to work on his professionalism, workmanship and time keeping. He arrived late and without the correct tools. When I realised the job hadn't been completed, I asked him to come back and complete it and he's messed me around and still 7 months on has not completed the job.

Great all round - Professional, efficient & fairly priced. He went far out of his way to accommodate a tight deadline. Couldn’t recommend more.
Leaking Gutter Repair and Check
Excellent job - the other company who quoted wanted about 5 times as much and tried to make a simple job very complex! James was very professional and came back promptly to do some extra work and to complete the repair as the first time didn't completely solve the problem. After he returned, all has been well despite the recent torrential rain!
