Replace Wooden Fascias and Soffits with uPVC
It’s been over a year since we had our fascias and guttering replaced, as we wanted to wait and see how the work held up before reviewing. Unfortunately, we’ve had ongoing issues. At the start, Paul was pleasant and easy to deal with, although the sales pitch was quite long-winded and repetitive at times. The work was completed quickly and within a reasonable timeframe, and the cost was competitive. However, a few months after installation, the entire length of fascia and guttering fell down whilst we were on holiday, leaving the roof exposed. They did return within a few days to fix it, which was appreciated. Another few months later, a fascia panel above a window fell off, and after trying to contact Paul several times with no response, we had to get it repaired elsewhere. Since then, further fascia panels have continued to come loose or fall. Overall, while the initial service and pricing were reasonable, the durability and aftercare have been very disappointing.
Replace Soffits, Fascias, and Guttering
The work was carried out very methodically and efficiently to the best of my ability to judge. The employee was extremely polite and considerate and made minimal demands on my attention. He also cleared up very thoroughly on completing the work. I would recommend the company very highly.

Job still to be done,but the rep who came to see us was very thorough in explaining the system they install.And he gave us a very good quote for the job.Therefore we went with them.

Sales / quote wasn’t the best experience. Paul needs to read the room on his sales pitch. Just kept repeating himself constantly. That said, price of job was very reasonable and the work itself was great.

From day one, total professionalism, Paul was great and the 2 fitters who did the work were fantastic. The work is 5 stars. The house looks tremendous.
