I have been robbed by this company. 1st job he charged £260 to fix 3 patches on a flat roof which took him approx under an hour. 2nd job he quoted me £280 but we agreed £260. Next thing i know he is sending me ridiculous prices and pressurising me to get the work done as it was unsafe and dangerous. He sent me pictures of ridge tiles loose and ready to fall off and broken and cracked roof tiles, which when i looked closely after paying him, he had smashed himself then charged me for replacing. Very Unsatisfied. 0/5 not a low enough score

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
I didn't get a written quote, initialy verbally quoted £160 for downpipe blockage, the wokman noticed my ridge tiles were loose, he volunteered to re set them for what I thought was a total price of £450. He is now asking for £900? , afte I paid him £450 by direct transfer. I have challanged the extra cost for 4 hour work.

Roof valley leak repair diagnosed correctly after a number of expensive quotes / incorrect repair methods from other Roofers. Repair method explained clearly and work carried out to a good standard.

He completely ripped me off as far as the job it awaits to be seen if rain still comes through the roof but he mislead me over the price and totally ripped me off.

Job done looks very good. The quote for the job was £350 but cost ended up at £750 which was paid. However in the evening the tradesman phoned my young daughter who dealt with him, to say that the cost was £750 plus the quote of £350 and he had got it wrong. My daughter told him where to go!!!!
