DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS!! 0/5 I paid in full based on promises that the job would be finished, but it was left incomplete. UNFINISHED WORK: Weeds and twigs remain. Waste was left down the side of my house. He actually brought IN waste and left it at the side of my house! No soil has been removed from my tiny border garden, but there is a giant bag of soil, including roots from other plants in the waste bag left in my garden. There are cut branches next to whole, left branches with tons of weeds in my plant pots! MISSING PLANTS: Mature, valuable Peonies were removed from my property without permission. Was told he could replant them and then just took them! POOR SERVICE: The trader lacked proper tools and falsely claimed he needed immediate payment to hire a waste removal van. He has now blocked my calls and messages. I have reported the unauthorized removal of my plants to the police as theft, and my bank is investigating this as fraud. Both my bank and 'My Job Quote' advised me to share this public review. Found that he had shared pictures of my garden on Facebook as a completed job. Facebook removed the entire account as he is clearly scamming customerd. Just before the amount was removed and I was typing out a comment to remove pictures of my garden I saw someone else had posted that he took money from them without completing a job, too. He is scamming customers and taking money without doing the actual work. I don't believe there ever was a van or there was any intent to finish the job on my garden. According to the Facebook posts, he did 2 other jobs while I was waiting for him to finish mine. With him making excuses of hiring the wrong size van and just not turning up when he said he would. I was having to message the day after everytime he said he would be here. I ended up paying just £13 less than it would've cost to go with businesses with proper positive reviews. I regret trying to do good by somebody apparently just staring up a business. Especially since that "business" turned out to be a con artist. The date he worked on my garden was the 9th June 2026. The last contact I had with him, before he blocked my calls and ignored my messages was the 24th June 2026. I am really upset that I now have to find the money to pay somebody else to finish the job properly. That is money that I don't have. I had budgeted for the work to be done. I'm now unable to get furniture to sit in my garden as there is waste out there, beginning to smell and it needs removing before I can even jet wash the patio. I'm unable to do any of it myself since I have disabilities that make it impossible. I think that this trader took advantage of that fact.
