Dismantle and assemble bed
The job was completed to my satisfaction and at time stated.

Whilst they completed the job that was requested off them, and my complaint is not to do with the workman themselves, they have added hidden charges to the end invoice, which at no point was mentioned in any type of communication that occurred. A verbal additional charge was requested, on the job, which was honoured, however, adding 2 x cancellation charges and then a further door removal charge without pointing it out, is not acceptable. Further, then threatening with late payment charges if not paid on the same day is totally unprofessional. Even tried to increase the price after verbally quoting a lower price! This is not good practise, and I may need to report to Trading Standards as well. When you click on the website for the T&C's, it doesn't go anywhere, so you can't even get a fair opportunity to review. Definetely will not recommend to anyone, as they seem to try to add charges. Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
So quick and professional - an absolute pleasure to have the highly skilled Zane and John rebuild my kitchen dresser - and on a Sunday! The work they did was faultless and they went above and beyond to be helpful. Really surpassed my expectations.
General Maintenance
Charge a 20% service charge on to invoices that does not appear in initial estimates, aggressively chase money to be paid immediately meaning when issues show up with the workmanship after, customer already paid. Problems getting Handy Team to fix their workmanship 5 jobs assigned: 1. Regrout bathroom tiles 2. Paint radiators 3. Add bed support legs 4. Change 2 cracked kitchen tiles 5. Change 2 light switches Regrout bathroom tiles - ongoing issues. Only received a partial credit when grout didn’t hold first time, and been chasing for some time now to come back as didn’t hold 2nd time either (after paying to remove initial grout and re-apply) Replacement Kitchen tiles were not laid flush with other tiles, and 2 tiles started to move next to one of the replaced tiles. Handy Team want to charge £160 + 20% service charge to fix the problem they created Handy Team could not change light switches so electrician called out after who did the job Disappointing constantly chasing them to correct their workmanship
