Fast response time, constant updates on how the work was going throughout the day and the finished work is great.

Not to be trusted. I paid £2500 for a roof leak repair and chimney pointing etc. The work was said to be done but the roof leak has not been fixed. Despite asking him to honour his guarantee for 2 months + he has not come back once despite promising to do so many times. Terrible attitude do not trust.
