Gas Fire
Good feedback, good communication, prompt arrival, gas fire deemed not conforming to safety standards, Functional parts deemed not available ( manufacturer not ccontacted) Explanations given, Co2 detector recommended to replace, the explanation given. Not sure how we get around the Gas fire problem tbh, apart from this other problem is replacement. Good overall.

Gas Fire
They responded quickly to request and identified my needs after contacting. A quote price was given which was good value. They turned up at the quoted time and were friendly and offered advice around the work being completed. For my gas fire service they very quickly identified that the fire was not safe due a crack in the heating mechanism and advised to cap off the fire (as there was also a slight gas pressure drop). They did not charge for the full service as they were unable to continue. Boiler check was completed efficiently and full certification and document signing completed. Workspace was left tidy and clean. All in all was a very good job done, efficiently and appointment was punctual. Would recommend this company to anyone (5\5)
