A genuine SUPERSTAR! I’m so glad that Michael called me, he was the hope sent to me through divine intervention! Been suffering from rats for 8/9 years and have gone through about 15/20 pest control companies including rentokil. Michael came round straight away and did a check, this was no ordinary check or anything I am used to. He opened up all the manholes and drain covers around my house and did surveys everywhere. Checked my attic and found actual entry holes. My loft was a big job and full of my belongings but Michael said he would sort it. True to his word, he came within the week to do the job. He’s no ordinary pest control team, he’s real and proper stuff. Took off all my floorboards, removed old insulation, new insulation and proofing done all around every single corner and around to make sure no entry holes. He kept things clean and tidy and I really needed that as I am OCD. He proofed the drains. He worked throughout the whole day into the late evening, in cramped areas. I am thankful from the bottom of my heart.
