Pond & Water Feature
I have never used any site like this before but l really struck lucky with GJS Property Services. This was not their usual line of work although they had done small garden ponds before. Glenn came round straight away and we agreed a price which l was happy with. He worked all through the weekend putting in a full shift, then through the rest of the following week. Always pleasant to deal with nothing was too much for him. Would l use is services again most certainly would l recommend him to others yes of course

Internal Painting
Glenn is a fabulous and reliable workman. And above all he is honest. He decorated our 2 bed mid terraced property inside aswell as outside including painting the flat roof. He got into all the hard to reach and really high places. This was all done at a price matched and reasonable quote. Glenn did sometimes fail to cover up when painting but when this was pointed out, he listened and immediately rectified this. Glenn was also professional enough to come back and repaint a small plaster repair job around the front door after some late damproofing, almost 2 weeks later. We really appreciate that Glenn!! So for all your decorating needs call on Glenn. He listens, communicates and is flexible. Above all he is top guy. We will definitely be using Glenn again for any future decorating work. Thanks again Glenn ????????

Internal Painting
Glenn worked tirelessly in my lounge/diner updating, brightening and refreshing the entire room. He kept me posted at all stages of the work if any changes or alterations were required and offered useful advice about enhancements. He mas meticulous with his work - not leaving jobs half done and not until they met his own high standards. At the end of each day he left my home clean and tidy enabling me to continue to live in my home whilst the work was being carried our. I was so happy with the amazing job that he did in the main room that I cajoled him to do some extra work for me and he has completed yet another fantastic result in my hall stairs and landing. On a personal note I found Glenn to be easy going and friendly. I felt he was very trustworthy and felt comfortable leaving him with a key so he could access the house when I was out. I would strongly recommend Glenn to anyone who wants a brilliant result from their decorator - in fact I already have!

Internal Painting
We asked him to redo our papering and put the fire surround back as it had been before he papered (straight)which he did and because he had corrected his mistakes we asked him to do some papering for my dad(aged 80). The paper was bubbled and he said once the flooring was done he would correct it. He has not answered phone calls or email from either my dad or myself and the papering remains bubbled and unsatisfactory
