Charlie and his colleague were friendly and very thorough with our turf laying - we ended up commissioning more gardening (tree surgery) which was also completed to a good standard. Would recommend!

Charlie was pleasant and willing, he visited to survey the job in advance but obviously did not listen properly as he arrived ill prepared and made mistakes. He had to change the appointment twice and arrived several hours late, however he did communicate his ETA. He failed to bring dust sheets, steps, a hoover and some of the essentials to complete the jobs. He also failed to check the height I required the curtain pole fixings and consequently it is lower than I would like. When he installed the drop down table he didn’t check the height and consequently it isn’t level and I will have to affix an extra bar to level it up. The shelves I wanted adjusted in a cupboard also challenged him as he hadn’t listened properly to what I asked and had to make adjustments. The application of silicone to the base of the shower didn’t get done as he forgot to bring it with him. I took the opportunity to discuss the outcomes with Charlie and he told me this is a new venture for him and he is gradually building his arsenal of tools and equipment. I was disappointed that he didn’t offer me any discount for the errors.

Turned up quickly and made sure to be very thorough. Explained everything they were doing as they went through it and I will be definitely be turning to them for other things. Couldn't recommend more!

The main job of fitting catflap very professional job in fact my cats trying to use it as the job completed charlie plumbed in my washing machine removed a door and took it out to my storage shed furniture moving and lamp shades hung it was a very enjoyable afternoon as he was good company as well.No hesitation to book Charlie again as lots more jobs coming up.

The man was very professional he advised me on a few improvements that I was about to do that would have cost me hundreds now will only cost me the price of the materials and some time.
