My name is Beau, and I run Gadsby Property & Maintenance, providing high-quality property maintenance, bespoke carpentry, and landscaping services.
With years of hands-on experience across the built environment, I’ve worked alongside skilled tradespeople on a variety of projects, gaining expertise in carpentry, renovations, and property upkeep. My background also includes learning directly from my father, a property developer, which gave me early exposure to multiple trades and project management.
I take pride in delivering projects smoothly and efficiently, always working to a high professional standard. From small bespoke projects to full-scale renovations, I bring the tools, knowledge, and attention to detail needed to get the job done right.

what a really lovely guy, just the nicest person ever. Built my bedroom furniture for me, double bed, 2 Chester drawers and a wardrobe. Really hard working, just got on with the job, no messing about. Very reasonable price. Can't recommend enough. Top guy. I'm chuffed to bits. Will definitely be asking him to carry out work again. Decking
The decking was completed to a very high standard.. Beau and his brother were very professional and a pleasure to have doing the job.. I would recommend them for any forthcoming jobs ..
