The tradesman was competent but perhaps if he had been able to see my plumbing needs before embarking on the job, we could have saved time looking for replacement parts. As for the drainage problem, it was sorted out promptly.

Simon kept us updated regarding his arrival time and kept us informed of what he was doing during the works. We asked that he supplied a tap for us and the replacement completely fit the brief, works well and looks good. Simon left everything very clean and tidy and ensured we were completely happy with his work before he left. Simon also supplied us with a quote for another job we had. We would certainly use and recommend him again.
