Unfortunately Jamie did not turn up for the appointment. I then contacted him an hour after the appointment time and received no response. I contacted him again the next day and still no response. There may be circumstance that I am unaware and if so I will retract this feedback, however, I find it unacceptable to simply not turn then ignore all of my correspondence.

Very pleasant young man. I thought I needed a new tap but Jamie fixed the one in question and saved me a few bob. Very honest .very pleasant. Will definitely be using this company again.
