Chimney and Roof Repair Work
I had chimney work done by FBH Trading Ltd (completed 6th August 2025). The work itself appeared fine, but after payment I was left with serious problems: • A ladder was left attached to my house for over two weeks, unsecured, creating a real danger — especially with my 4-year-old child trying to climb it. I had to send multiple written requests and warnings before it was finally collected on 2nd September. • Despite repeated requests since 9th August, I have still not received an invoice or the promised warranty, even though payment was made in full on completion. • Communication has been poor — calls and messages often ignored. The lack of paperwork and aftercare leaves me with no warranty protection and no proof of the work I paid for. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company.
