Underpinning / Foundation
The job was excavation and disposal of 30m2 of soil and concrete, for a new 100mm bed of concrete to be laid. Florin came in and managed to come in and get the job done in the space of 2 working days. Was really quick, professional and has left us a nice base for us to lay our patio slabs on. We were given a quick and reasonable quote which included the excavtion, disposal, membrane and concrete and levelling. Feel like we paid a good price for an excellent job well done. Florin also gave tips about layign the slabs and informed us about recess covers that we can use to cover the water meter so it's still accessable but will blend in with everything. Highly recommended!
Garden Shed / Playhouse
Florin did a nice job, on time (despite terrible weather conditions!) and on budget. We are very happy with it and we are considering to appoint him again for another project! I would totally recomend it.
General Brick Laying
Florin was very experienced and knowledgable. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and the problems we were experiencing with our brickwork have been solved by the work he did. Would definitely recommend him.
Groundwork
Florin was very efficient and reliable and did a great job. He was flexible with regard to working in conjunction with local authorities and was honest. I would recommend.
General Maintenance
Very happy with the work done very polite person and was on time worked all the time was there I would have this tradesman again thinking of having drive done next and going to get him to do that as well would recommend him
Garden Design
Florin has completed a wonderful job on the patio at the rear of our house. So good in fact we had the front done as well. The finish on his work is excellent. His team worked extremely hard every day and always kept the site neat and tidy with minimal disruption to us. I cannot recommend Florin highly enough.
General Brick Laying
I am very pleased with the work done. He was a clean and tidy workman and completed the job in the expected time. I would recommend him for other bricklaying jobs.
Concrete Base
Florin carried out concrete repair to the front garden of my home due to entry of rainwater nto my basement. He also rebuilt my front garden wall. He was helpful in explaining what was needed to remedy the problems and carried out the work to a high standard.
Garden Shed / Playhouse
Florin was extremely capable, very hardworking and cheerful with it. He carried out a wide range of work, including removing an old shed, building a new one to a better standard, constructing a high fence and relaying damaged paving and patio, all for a reasonable price. I will have no hesitation in using his services again.
Hard Landscaping
My garden looks amazing. Florin is very hard working and trust worthy person. He has given my family the out door space we have waited so long for and at a very reasonable price. Can't thank him enough.
