Complete Sky Window and Roof Installation
We hired Miroslav complete a roofing and skylight job that had been left unfinished by a previous cowboy builders. Unfortunately, the previous contractor took our money without completing the work, leaving the roof open. As a result, whenever it rained, water came through the roof and into our kitchen. Miroslav to inspect the situation thoroughly. He carefully checked the materials we already had and purchased everything else that was needed to complete the job properly. He worked professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. What impressed us most was his calm and honest approach. He communicated very well throughout the work, clearly explaining what needed to be done, as well as any potential difficulties and solutions. He was extremely skilled, respectful, kind, and professional. We had been waiting since the third week of August to have our openable skylight properly fixed, and we had almost lost hope that it would ever be completed. Today, Miroslav did an excellent job and charged us a very reasonable price. We honestly have no words to thank him enough. We are extremely happy with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend Miroslav anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional tradesperson. We were unfortunate to have missed him the first time . Our experience with that contractor taught us an important lesson: be very careful when choosing a tradesperson and make sure you are dealing with someone trustworthy Miroslav shown us what a genuinely professional tradesperson should be like. He is skilled, honest, reliable, calm, and hardworking. We are very grateful for his work and would happily recommend him to others. Thank you so much, Miroslav for finally fixing our skylight and giving us peace of mind when it rains!
