Fix Water Leak from Utility Room
Tamoor Munir was appointed to fix a leak in my central heating system after promising a fixed price for the work and any subsequent associated issues. Workmanship to find and fix leaks was good but the promised resolution of subsequent issues was woefully lacking. TM left site without checking the heating system was fully working. It wasn’t. Despite during my initial phone call to get him to return he said he would return, he failed to turn up. Subsequent calls always wen to voicemail and texts were never answered. Tried for several days and then had to call in another plumber to get system fully working. Have been 9 days without full central heating, needing to supplement heating with both electric and gas fires. Will also have the bill for the second plumber. Would possibly expect this sort of behaviour from “cowboy” workmen but not one recommended by MyJobQuote.
Servicing Noisy Combi Gas Boiler
When we first got in contact, Tamoor arranged an appointment very quickly and responded promptly to all my messages and calls. He told me that the fan of my boiler needed to be replaced and sent me the price for the part. When he came to my home, he carried out the work quickly and brought the fan from his car, saying it was newly purchased, but it didn’t have any packaging. He then replaced it and told me it was under warranty. However, 1–2 days after the fan was replaced, the boiler started making scraping noises. I tried to contact him again, but for the last 5–6 days he hasn’t responded to any of my messages or calls. I can’t reach him in any way. I asked him for the invoice for the fan he replaced, but he didn’t send it. He is completely unreachable. He picked up my call once and said “I’m in the car, I’ll call you back shortly,” but he never did.

Arrived on time as advised, with the necessary part. Took 30 minutes to diagnose and fix my boiler. Something that British Gas could not do for over a year. Thank you!

Replace Small Radiators with One Big
Tamoor made contact within minutes of my advert going on the site, came out the next day to look at the job and gave me a quote. Bought the radiator which was needed for the size of room and came out to fit a couple of days later. Very impressed with his work, highly recommend.
