Chimney Pointing for Terraced House
From the start I was kept informed what was going on. They worked really hard repairing my chimney. We're on time, and left the place clean. I was happy with the job. I also got before and after pictures which was very helpful.

Reconnect Down Pipe to Gutter
I have given this guy 1 out of 5, and feel this is generous. Arranged a time for the job and he didn't turn up. Rung him an hour and a half after the due time and he said he couldn't make it ( When he would have informed me is anyone's guess). Arranged another time, Turned up late again. Didn't do 90% of what he said he would do. Took full payment despite this and drove off as soon as he could. I'm sure what work has been done will not last. My recommendation - Avoid at all costs
