Repair Loose Patio Steps
I was contacted immediately by John yesterday after posting our requirement for repairs to our crazy paving patio steps and he came round in an hour and quoted for the work. He and Ricky came this morning and have now completed the repairs in less than twenty four hours from initial contact. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication and courtesy throughout the process. Complete Unfinished Roof Painting
I cannot tell you how amazing John and his team have been. I was left with an unfinished roofing job for 7 months and had already paid them for the job. I spoke to John and he agreed to help me out and got the job finished in 2 days. He’s a total angel. I was incredibly upset after what had happened and he renewed my faith in tradesmen. Highly recommend using this company and would use them again in the future. Thanks so much John, you’ve been a delight to deal with!!
Fix Occasional Leak in Bathroom Ceiling
Initial quote very competitive. Additional work identified (fair enough) but at very high cost. (My choice nevertheless to go ahead). BUT though initial review at end of job was acceptable, later turned out some (discretionary ) work had not been completed thoroughly (cleaning of gutters/facia - especially to the side of the house that was “out of sight”).. Also shed felt replacement looked wrinkled and later discovered they’d used over-long nails (punched through underside of roof boards).
Gutter Cleaning, Repair, Unblock
John and his crew did a good job cleaning and repairing UPVC guttering, repointing broken verges, relaying and repointing ridge tiles and refelting a roof. They worked very quickly and completed the job in 3days. They did the work that was agreed at the agreed price and were very willing to fix any snagging at the conclusion of the job.
