John was really friendly and helpful. I had some water ingress that I thought was due to missing tiles but he surveyed and advised me of other works that needed doing but could be carried out the same day and for a reasonable price. John kept me updated throughout the works and happy with the finished product.

John was very good and professional to deal with, communicated well and delivered a first class job. The scope of the work required got extended a bit and John kept me informed of progress and sent regular photos and videos of all the roofing works as it progressed. Upon completion he left the site clean and tidy.

Chimney Pointing for Terraced House
From the start I was kept informed what was going on. They worked really hard repairing my chimney. We're on time, and left the place clean. I was happy with the job. I also got before and after pictures which was very helpful.
