Reconnect Down Pipe to Gutter
I have given this guy 1 out of 5, and feel this is generous. Arranged a time for the job and he didn't turn up. Rung him an hour and a half after the due time and he said he couldn't make it ( When he would have informed me is anyone's guess). Arranged another time, Turned up late again. Didn't do 90% of what he said he would do. Took full payment despite this and drove off as soon as he could. I'm sure what work has been done will not last. My recommendation - Avoid at all costs

Repair Loose Patio Steps
I was contacted immediately by John yesterday after posting our requirement for repairs to our crazy paving patio steps and he came round in an hour and quoted for the work. He and Ricky came this morning and have now completed the repairs in less than twenty four hours from initial contact. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication and courtesy throughout the process.
