Richard and Mel were extremely friendly and helpful and took their time to ensure they met all our requirements. When things were not right for one reason or another they discussed our best options with us to come up with the best cost effective way around it. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Richard was able to do all the electrics, plumbing and fitting himself with assistance from Mel. We totally trusted them in our home while we were out at work. We had visitors come during this contract and they ensured we had a toilet and basin for them to use. I would definitely recommend this company. My only negative is the time it took to complete but that is because Richard is a perfectionist.

Really professional job done, with fitting bathroom suite, spent longer than anticipated but did not change quote. Also offered to come back at a later date when my new flooring was fitted. I would recommend them.

I was very impressed that Richard turned up on time on a Sunday Morning to fix a water leak in my bathroom which i thought was the waste, on inspection it was coming from a copper pipe in a difficult position. The sink needed to be removed, and the pipe was replaced, without any problems and everything put back to normal & I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone.
