Solid Timber Flooring
Ted is a very experienced, very equipted wood specialist. We tasked him with reviving our original pine victorian planks in two rooms and to make our stairs safer. He proactively suggested ways of solving the problems as we encounted them such as moving planks around, removing chimney concrete, etc. Ted also knows that customers are on budget and proposes cost-efficient options. He also made a point of cleaning after each day which is really appreciated as these kind of job can be very dusty. As a bonus Ted is also very friendly :).

Floor Sanding & Finishing
Ted was excellent, he really took pride in his work, went above and beyond to get my floors to look as good as they possibly could- no surprise or issue was too big for him. He sanded existing wooden floors downstairs, then took up carpets and repaired/ replaced boards to have wooden flooring upstairs. We had a few unwelcome surprises with the state of some existing boards under carpets, but Ted searched and tested oils to replace and make the floor look really well matched. Ted is also incredibly respectful of your home, friendly but also completely respectful of privacy. I found Ted to be really affordable compared to others I got quotes from and was also much more personable in his approach. I would fully recommend Ted, I'm so pleased with my floors.
