Loft Ladder Installation
Francis enlarged the loft access and fitted a loft ladder. It was fitted within the time limit of three hours and so far all has gone well. He cleared up well and even vacuumed the stairs (saving me a job!). I would certainly use him again
Convert Garage to Living Space
We hired Francis to do a garage conversion. Throughout the process he was happy to explain everything, provide updates especially when things were really slow with dealing with building control, he made all the arrangements for other tradespeople (Electrician etc). Always friendly, and helpful. Always cleans up thoroughly at the end of a day. Job was done exactly as we wanted, in a fair time frame. Highly recommended.

Convert Garage into Office & Playroom
Fran & Rich were fantastic. Fran was the only builder who mentioned Building Control and the need to have our conversion signed off at different stages - he also uncovered an issue which gave him a lot more work to do but he wanted to make sure everything was safe for us. He kept us updated at every stage of the building work and everything has been completed to an incredibly high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I'll be calling them back in the future for more work!
Install Kitchen Skirting Boards
Francis and Rich did a fantastic job fitting the skirting in our new extension. The communication from Francis in terms of what needed to be done was excellent and he fitted us in to complete the job at short notice. Very professional and would highly recommend!
Replace Upstairs Hallway Floorboards
Job was complete within less than a week of posting. Francis and his team were very friendly, efficient and accommodating with all the requirements. Job was done to a high standard and property was left neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
Repair/Replace Living Room Floorboard
Francis contacted me the day after I posted my job online. He was able to come out, quote and complete the job within 4 days. He carried out the work of replacing my rotten floorboards in a professional and efficient manner and in fact painted my skirting boards as well which was unexpected but extremely appreciated. I would happily recommend him and his team to friends and family.

Loft hatch was removed and then converted to loft ladders, Carnt fault the job really happy with final product, Highly Recommended
