Reconnect Radiators and Boiler Service
Couldn't recommend highly enough. Great communication and an excellent job. Booked to service boiler and balance system but also reconnected pipework on radiators and hung where necessary. Also fitted a plug and changed over pipework below the sink when I mentioned it was dripping. A week after the work I discovered a leak and assumed it was a result of the rebalance and pressure changes. I rang DW on the evening and he promptly attended the house (note it was a 40 mon drive away!). He helped me find the source of the leak and I must emphasise it was totally unrelated to the work he'd done previously. He helped stop the leak and came back the next morning with the correct parts and fully resolved the issue and was eager to make sure it was all done correctly before he went on holiday. Its rare I leave a review and even rarer to find a Tradesperson of this quality and reliability! My house would be in a right mess without him and if anyone reading this is deliberating over who to book the quality and reliability of this guy is hard to beat.

I thought Derek and his assistant/apprentice did an excellent job. It wasn't easy fitting the washer but they managed it and also removed the old washer for me.

Kitchen Sink Waste Pipe Repair
Derek got in touch quickly despite it being late evening and was able to attend to make the repair to our kitchen sink waste pipe the following day, even though we are some distance from his location . He was friendly and completed the repair quickly, keeping to the quote he’d given us. We were happy to add on a bit extra for a job well done! Highly recommended.
