Quick and kept up to date on when job was going to be completed. Pictures provided, good advise given

Completed job quickly, not sure if sorted job yet as too early to say. Advised on what needed doing .
Roof Cleaning
Trader turned up at time agreed, carried out the work and cleaned up after himself. He and his colleague were both polite and cheerful despite very cold weather. A card was left in case I have any problems.
Roof Repair
Trader did some work but said more was needed which I agreed to but photos of completed work that I asked for were not provided and roof leak has not been fixed. Quite a lot of water leaking in every time it rains. Trader was asked to fix faulty repair but despite repeated promises to come back and fix it, over 3 months later I am still waiting
Flat Roof
Quick, efficient and did a good job. Readily provided all the info I needed, showed me photos of problems so that I could make a decision on how to proceed. Will definitely use them again for further work.
Leadwork
Danny found the fault causing my roof leak and repaired it good job well done
