I am deaf, and Dan was incredibly accommodating—he kept me updated by text message, let me know when he was running slightly late, and texted me as soon as he arrived outside. He completed the work quickly and even went up into the loft to check the wiring and make sure everything was completely safe. Very professional, friendly, and highly recommended!
