Wallpaper Removal and Interior Painting
Very polite man , quote was good and he supplied the materials , however the feature wall when paper removed was not very good, lining paper was applied but this still didn’t make the wall much better.. was given several coats of paint but still not brilliant, the rest of the room was fine as it only needed painting but piece of skirting had fluff stuck to it and there was paint on carpet.Hall way stairs and landing walls fine but a piece of skirting missed altogether. Doors painted but only fronts of door frames , not the sides . Kitchen paper stripped had trouble again with one wall so a different thing was applied, looked loads better than living room wall which I wish they had used instead of lining paper.kitchen cupboards were done but places missed .My in-laws paid them but I had to get back in touch because of feature wall ,missed sides on door frames, the paint was peeling on kitchen as they had shut the doors on cupboards before they were dry and it stuck , so then obviously when they were opened it peeled. Spent a lot of time cleaning paint up off carpet ,ceiling roses , light switches.,he came out and said he wouldn’t come back again., so when I discovered he had missed a piece of skirting board altogether and still hadn’t painted sides of door frames i had to do it for them . Taken quite a few photos.
Fix Leak In Bathroom Sink
The ‘plumber’ had came to my Home where my tenants reside, charged me an extreme amount of money, to not only not complete the service but in actual fact make it worse. Daniel came to my property, advised the tenants that he had fixed the leak, to which started leaking again ten minutes after he had left. I communicated this with Daniel to which he advices he would go back to the property to fix it. When getting there he had spent an hour messing with valves and pipes causing the leak to worsen, he then accused my tenants of worsening the leak? He advised after charging me £250 to tighten a valve (with no extra material other than silicone and a spanner) that I would have to pay him an extra £290 for him to fix it. So in total he wanted £450 to fix a minor leak. After voicing my concerns Daniel had agreed to go back to the property free of charge and fix the issue as long as I had paid for a new tap (£50). He then blocked me and every contact who tried to get in touch with him on my behalf. I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received, and I am in the process of submitting a civil dispute to small claims court and reporting to action fraud. If I can advise one thing to anyone reading these reviews, do NOT book this ‘plumber’ for your work to be completed and check other reviews advising similar.

Made an absolute mess of my bathroom what should have been a 1 day job turned in to 4 days I still have no confidence in the work he has done have to ask a qualified plumber to come in and assess what now needs to be put right due to Daniel Mircea poor workmanship absolute bodged job he is not a qualified plumber do not let this man do work for you he should not be allowed on this sight as a plumber
Daniel MirceaHello, I'm sorry that you feel this way, but I would like to clarify a few important facts. The delay was not caused by poor workmanship. The original bathtub was approximately 1700 × 750 mm, while the new bathtub you chose was 1700 × 700 mm. Because the new bath was narrower, the two existing cabinets beside it no longer fitted correctly, leaving a visible gap. As a result, I had to rebuild and modify both cabinets to fit the new bathtub properly, then tile and finish them to match the rest of the bathroom. Before starting the work, I suggested ordering a bathtub with the same dimensions as the original one, which would have taken 2–3 days to arrive and would have avoided these additional modifications. However, you decided to go ahead with the 1700 × 700 mm bathtub, fully aware that extra work would be required. To complete the job, I personally went to the store to buy additional timber, paint, and other materials needed to rebuild the cabinets. None of these extra materials were charged to you. Regarding the plumbing, the only issue was a very small drip from the flexible tap connector. This was simply tightened and the issue was resolved immediately. There were no other plumbing faults when the work was completed. I respect every customer's right to leave a review. However, I cannot agree with statements describing the work as a "bodged job" or claiming that I am not capable of carrying out this type of work. I take pride in my work, and I always do my best to deliver a professional result. If there had been any genuine concerns, I would have been more than willing to return and address them. I wish you all the best.

Did an amazing job. Very quick at getting in touch and coming out. Communicated the issue very clearly and was able to fix very promptly, for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend!

Fix Dripping Mixer Tap On Bath
I was surprised the offer was to come and have a look and no mention of a call out charge. I think more transparency would be a better customer service. The tap could not be fixed so I'm in the same position. That's not the plumbers fault but I may have thought twice about accepting the job if I knew the expected costs upfront.
Paint Bedroom Ceiling, Walls, and Doors
