Bathroom Installation
Dan quoted me for a bath and vanity unit replacement which took over 5 full days of work to complete. He kept me up to date however a leaky fitting meant my new vanity unit was damaged which Dan said he would replace. Once he finished, the next day I noticed the bath was coming off the sides and was loose. The bath panels were not aligned and there was a leak under the vanity unit (again!) and under the bath. I messaged Dan, initially he replied to the replacement of the vanity however once I told him about the leaks and the bath - he ignored my texts. He hasn’t replied, I have had to get a new tradesmen to do the same job again - which is very stressful as I now haven’t had a bathroom for over 3 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend using him, the job took way too long and wasn’t even done properly. I don’t appreciate a tradesmen who has botched my bathroom and left me to sort it out myself.
