I requested the replacement of three alarms, which cost £210 including alarms. However, just two days after the work was completed, one of the alarms began continuously beeping. I contacted you to have this issue resolved, but I was informed that it would incur an additional £100 call-out charge. Given that the problem occurred so soon after the installation, I find this quite concerning. Is this the level of service you provide to your customers when an issue arises shortly after work has been carried out?
