Fit Tiles In Hallway Area
The Task here was to create a Tiled floor in the Hallway. It involved levelling the existing surface first, post an Electric underfloor heating mat Installation. It was intricate work and I was fortunate enough to meet Declan here the Tradesman who was based Locally. He first assessed the Job in the first instance and advised exactly what was required. Just to reiterate it was intricate work. During his is first visit where he was prompt and punctual he applied the self-levelling compound to encapsulate the Electric undertile heating Mat and advised of a relatively short drying period. He then revisited, ramping up the compound application to a satisfactory level. Lastly the fitting/Installation of the Tiles themselves have been done to the best degree along with the Trims dividing the adjacent room and then cleaned up after himself when the job was completed. The finished result is Simply Stunning in all respects. The levels, desired heights, perimeter edges, grout lines, final finish etc. He was polite and punctual at all times. I couldn't be more satisfied. This young man is highly recommended!
Wall Tiling
Declan is a nice guy who did a good job for me. Unfortunately there was a small snag at the end requiring the removal and replacement of a couple of tiles. Told me he would come back but never did. Had to finish the job myself. Shame.
