Im an hands on person with extensive building experience in specific areas such areas of building repair, both internal and external. I have substantial building and construction experience from working both on site and within a management capacity throughout the last 30 years. I have had a wide range of responsibilities including project management, building surveying, applying for planning and dealing with building regulations. Im responsible on all aspects of onsite building maintenance and emergency repair for a local housing charity within tenanted properties, both internal and external works.
