Loft Conversion Skimming Job
AVOID COLIN AND CP & CO BUILDERS....Quick initial contact and site inspection...agreed price and start date. Missed 1st day due to a bad back apparently...Colin agreed to return following day with a helper...arrived and made plans to set up and start work...15 minutes later whilst I was working in another room, Colin had disappeared with his tools and labourer. He did not start the work, has made no further communication...blocked my number and refused any contact. All contact and communications had been good and courteous at all times up until Colin left unknown to me and with no explanation for anything. If Colin didn't want the job he could had said and we could have parted company amicably...but I have no idea why he left. Total time waster and clearly lacking in people skills and manners...extremely disappointing. DO NOT USE
Cp&company buildersAvoid people that want to knock you down on price and ask if I scrim job can you knock money off also can you knock £100 off job , you put beads up that wasn’t level , the ceilings were skimmed by a blind person as they wasn’t straight , you were just penny pinching and I do my work to a high standard and wasn’t putting my name to stuff that was already done … hate liars

Colin was on time. He did the job very well and tidied up afterwards. He was reliable and skilled.
