2022 FREELANCE CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGER: we won the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2023. in the Non-residential Conversion category by Babergh and Mid Suffolk Building Control.
As the Construction Manager for Suffolk Country Inns (the client), manage the change of use of a grade 2 listed domestic building next to The Angel Inn into a commercial 5 luxury bed-sit rooms to complement fine dining restaurant The Angel Inn Stoke by Nayland Colchester.
My role as the client’s Construction Manager was to track & and manage the discharge of planning conditions, tender & negotiation to obtain trades, produce schedules, Track and manage changes and Manage Budgets to Final accounts.
2017 CMC CONTRACTORS LTD & won the RIBA Suffolk Design for Hunters House

Miguel and the team have been brilliant. They managed to meet an ambitious timeline of completing our extension in time for Christmas. Miguel’s approach is meticulous and he delivers his work to a very high standard. The team has managed the fact that we have still been in the house really well.
