Everything started well, John came to see the work, he gave me a quotation and started the job as soon as possible. He completed most of the works in 3 days, but it took him over 2 weeks (of me texting him and asking when this will be done ) to get one of his guy to come back and finish the floor in the living room, where the chimney was, which at the end was badly done. Now about 2 months after the works I have water infiltrations, in my bedroom on the first floor, where the chimney used to be. I contacted John and showed him pictures of the situation, he told me that "Saturday" someone would come over to fix the roof, nobody showed up and I NEVER heard from him again, even after 100 messages and phone calls. All the money were paid during the first 3 days, the guy looked very reliable, he was not. Unacceptable
