Andrew and Conkers were great. We had a series of initial calls, bearing in mind that we were not present at the property requiring the work, and Andrew was good enough to visit and have a good look around without us. We discussed the scope of what we were planning, and Andrew made sensible suggestions based on his experience. We met, visualised the plans and agreed the price and work. To our delight, Andrew and the team completed the work a week ahead of planned, exactly as expected and to the required standard. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend others to do so.
