After reviewing by Zak and agreed on the price to carry out the job next day. Coburn emailed the estimate the next day before starting the job, as we agreed at the viewing. Coburn's comunication is very good and effective, but require preparation and maintenance for their equipments before starting a job as they had difficulty starting the generator due to the lack of use.
