End of Tenancy Property Maintenance
Completed all jobs specified last summer. Really nice person, who was knowledgeable and worked to time to ensure my property was ready for the tenants moving in - I felt that this was worth the pricing which was higher than some. However I have had too since pay for repairs to my 'new gutters' and install a new bracket where the end sagged which I wasn't expecting when they were only fitted in July 2024 by CLP and are barely 8 months old.
