Chimney and Roof Repairs Needed
CJL quoted for this job some 4 months ago along with some other roofers. It was such a task to get quotes but Connor kept in touch and provided us with clear explanations of what was needed and how he was going to do the job. His quote was cheaper than other tradespeople. who seemed to come up with any silly figures. Connor organized the scaffolding and was there on the dot when he said he would be There was no requirement for any money upfront or deposits for ‘ materials’. Any tradesperson worth his salt will have trades accounts and customers should not be expected to pay until the job is finished. We were provided with an invoice and guarantee on the work and Connor has checked in that we are satisfied and that he has delivered what he said he would. Connor has offered further reassurances that in the event of any issues that he will uphold the guarantee and rectify any concerns. This gives us great peace of mind in this day and age. I found Connor to he a very personable young man who understands the anxiety that customers have when embarking on these building projects. I am very impressed by Connor’s trustworthiness and being a person of his word. He took photos of all the work and promptly followed up with the paperwork. I can honestly say that I was very reassured by Connor’s work style and customer care and I would commission him for other projects. He is a very decent young man.

CJL contacted me within a few minutes of posting the job, then called round the next day to quote. Price agreed and arrangements made to do the work. Work completed within two days to a high standard. He has a wide range of skills, so you can be confident that whatever the work required he will do a good job. I would certainly use this business for any future work I needed doing.
Repair Roof Tiles and Felt
Connor and his team were were very quick to respond when we had a roof leak. He is obviously well versed in his profession and arranged for the repair to be carried out the next day. This work was carried out and all rubbish, tiles, etc placed in a skip. I can thoroughly recommend this company. Many thanks Connor and crew!
Inspect and Replace Roof Tiles
CJL Renovations, owned by Connor Lockley replaced my roof. Connor is a great communicator and from providing a detailed quote and full explanation of what he proposed to do. I was more than confident to give him the job. Once he made the arrangements to begin the work he kept me fully informed as to what and when the work would begin and completed. His work is excellent. After every working day he would make sure that everywhere was clean and tidy and check with me each day if I was happy. Connor not only completed the work ahead of time but he often went the ‘extra mile’ to make sure that everything was okay. Apart from being a master builder, with quality always on his mind, he is a true gentleman. I would have no hesitation in recommending Connor and his company to others.
