Charles rang and asked to see the job, he arrived on time and reviewed the work. He said he could do the job the next weekend. He arrived on the day agreed and completed the job. Having been let down numerous times to do this job, it was great to find somebody who done the job on the day he said he would and to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Charles who is friendly and helpful
