To keep cost down I wanted to do alot of preparation work myself (remove ceilings and non supporting walls isolate electrics and move plumbing) Shaun was happy to quote for supplying steels installing them along with padstones. The work was done on the days agreed and to an excellent standard. They where happy to give advice on how to carry out upcoming projects which was greatly appreciated.

For the steel work I can't fault Shaun, his prices were fair and the work was done in a timely fashion. However, there was little respect for my new kitchen as the guys helped themselves to my coffee and tea and leaving the tops a mess, using my cups and plates then leaving them scattered to be found. The plastering could have been done better especially around the plugs a fair few wavy lines. But if you want cheap these are your guys.
Cheshire Plastering and Building ServicesJust to put the record straight the customer put tea or coffee out for us the first day then we supplied our own tea coffee and milk. We don't just help ourselves to people's things. The mess on the counters at worst could have been a bit of sugar or water wen we made a drink. Scattering cups around meaning the cups were left on a shelf in the room we were working in and not taken back to the sink which can happen if the lads forget. As for the plastering the walls were artex and quite deep so it's sometimes difficult to get perfectly level around sockets but never had a call to let me know there was any issues. People can always criticise as I could critisise the standard of the work on the kitchen and bathroom that she was so happy with that was sub standard but that's people for you.

Shaun and his team did the job in an efficient amount of time and the quality of their work was excellent. As new homeowners its difficult to know which tradesman to choose but I can reccomend them.

Shaun and his team provided a service to remove an internal wall with some wiring, plastering and plumbing work to make the area good. We experienced a few issue along the way and the quote did increase along with a number of added on jobs. Most of the work was completed to a good standard. We then entered lockdown and I am waiting on shaun return to finish some outstanding work including removal of waste, some extra plastering that is outstanding and the fitting of a new window.

Shaun and his work mate Dom did a good and fast job. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs work doing in there home.

Excellent work and very helpful with advice with other projects and very unusual with other trades Sean actually is a fantastic communicator . Would highly recommend.

Friendly and efficient. On time, however it did run over slightly but all in all a job well done. I would certainly consider them in the future if any other work.
