Shaun and the team did an excellent job for us on our knock through, job finished quickly with full clean up at a reasonable price. Would use again for any future work.
Knocking down wall in kitchen
Shaun and his team have done a cracking job, I’ve had an internal wall knocked down, steel beam installed and all of the dining room / kitchen re plastered. All done to an extremely high standard, really reliable and punctual. Would highly recommend him and would have him back for any future work required.
Plaster Skimming
I originally had a different plasterer lined up, but I chose Cheshire Plastering service due to time constraints. Shaun provided a quote and said the work would be completed in two days, but it ended up taking much longer—from the 7th to the 22nd of November. Since they "finished," we've been dealing with numerous issues and have had to fix or replace most of their work. They left the walls and place in a mess, and I had to hire another plasterer to redo their work. Additionally, we discovered that they used old, green wood from my gardens fire pit on my living room ceiling, instead of using the proper supplies that I had supposedly paid for in advance. Their team also caused damage to power cables and water pipes, leaving me to arrange and pay for all the repairs. To be fair Shaun came back with a labourer to fix some of the snags which he used painters caulk to patch up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cheshire Plastering service and I'm sure I will get a smart reply. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I'd like to hear from you.
Partition wall removal and plastering
Amazing from start to finish. Great communication and punctual come the time of the work. Straight up with cost and the finished job was exactly as expected. Will certainly use these guys again for any future works!
Fix damaged ceiling/joists
Great communication, quick turnaround and great result! Very pleased with Shaun and his team for fixing a rotten joist in our ceiling and plastering everything back up.
Structural Steelwork
Shaun and his team completed the removal of two internal walls and installed 2 beams. Despite being a messy (dusty) job, Shaun and his team kept the downstairs clean and tidy everyday and even did an impressive clean up once the job was completed. Communication and updates were clear and often and the job was completed within the estimated time as well as the quotation price. We are beyond happy with the end result with the works also being signed off by building control. Thanks for a brill job

I would rate Shaun 5/5 , he is professional and does the job on time and professionally. If I need any building work in future I will ask him again and would recommend him . Many thanks
