Charlie made a visit to diagnose our problem. Reasonable quote, arrived primitive on day we booked. Sorted out the problem and made everything good. He showed professionalism, knowledge and concern to ensure we were satisfied with the results. First class, would recommend Charlie and have done so to a family member.
