Chimney Building / Repair
Rubbish left in neighbours garden. My hoover had to be replaced as it was used to clear up rubble. Stove fitted illegally (spacing), and sealed with mastic glue, which melted when lit filling my home with toxic fumes. Two promises by chalk'n'cheese to attend and "make good" never materialised. Entire works since condemned as an illegal health hazard by a professional HETAS company. UNTRUSTWORTHY

Roof Installation/Removal
They done a perfect job. Removed old corrugated sheet roof from my garage and installed new corrugated sheet. There was a minor issues on completion of job on day 1, I called them on the next day to inform the issue. They came very next day to rectify it. Right attitude and perfect job. Definitely I will recommend

Bill has great communication and is a very friendly guy. They had to come around twice to get my problem sorted which they did quick and efficient. Both times the appointment was made a little in advance having me worried that they might not show, nothing was further from the truth. I can recommend Bill and his son. Top tip, give them a nice cup of coffee and they’ll go the extra mile :)

Roof Installation/Removal
Complete rubbish, ruined all my new roofing sheets by nailing into chipboard instead of cross pieces, left stable a total death trap for horse as rows and rows of sharp nail ends sticking through his roof looks like something outof a torture chamber, had to get on steps ladder and knock them all back up myself to make it safe to put horse in , new roof is now insecure and not water tight absolutely gutted, can't believe someone can call themselves a roofer and do a job like that

Chalk n Cheese RoofingIf you would of got the right material there would not be a problem but as you got all the rong material and not enough of it and you only wanted to pay 150 for a new roof we did it as YOU asked, so if you wanted a professional job you should of let us get all the material OK
Roof Repair
Bill came round immediately to look at the job and quote. He returned within a week to make good the missing tile and damage to the ridge tiles. After some recent heavy rain I can now say that all is perfect. Also the work was done for a very fair price as quoted.
