Repoint Ridge Tiles on Slate Roof
The job requested was ridge and hips repointing, for the roof maintenance, and was completed one day later. While accessing the roof, the gutter was damaged and now, when there is a hevy rain, the water overflows from the gutter and infiltrates inside the house. The trader attempted to correct the issue after a few days, but the damage is still there.
Capital RoofingI come out to point the ridge tiles and we done a good job as the customer was happy now this guy is trying to say he has a problem that we damaged his gutters I come back out and I installed a brand new bracket free and the gutters is not leaking he has a problem with the water overflowing over his getters the water can't escape and he needs a downpipe installed with an outlet so the water can escape we pointed the rest files not installed gutters
