EICR for Rental Property
After our management company sent their contractor to our rental 2002 purpose built flat property for a EICR which they failed for multiple reason's then quoting £1500 to rectify. I contacted Chris for a second opinion. We have a great chat and he was able to go the property the next day and prove that the other contractor was pulling a fast one and could even see that they didn’t even check some things they claimed to check. Chris completed the inspection of the property successfully. This guys is 5/5 great communication, honest, straight talking. I recommend him 100% and have now asked him to do some additional work at our family home in Woking.
