I hate to say this, but I am far from satisfied, the guy seemed chipper and was eager to help, I paid him 60 pounds to fix the tap, at the end he left the tap in a worse state that before, now all of that can still be forgiven since he explained the tap has some deeper damage. The real problem is that he seemed to have a habit of ghosting his client. He was often late ranging from a few hours to a FEW DAYS, which is fine if he had informed me beforehand that he needs rescheduling, but he never did. He came up with some reasons each time but they never explained why he couldn't contact me. Last time I heard from him, he told me he would come in the morning to have a look at that tap's deeper problem, but then he just vanished without saying anything, I tried to call him and texted him many time, but he completely disappeared. Now a part of me is worrying that maybe something happened to this guy, I hope he is okay.

Mr Shah was very eager to start the job. We agreed on a price but as the days went by the price kept increasing because the job proved more difficult than he anticipated and after 5 days I'm still waiting for the job to be completed even though he was paid almost 3 times his original quote.

Britannia Plumbing LondonFirstly I would say I’m genuinely sorry that you feel like I’ve not been fair with my pricing. Originally I quoted you £80 for a blockage removal, this was pre arranged over the phone. In my first visit I spent 3 hours trying my best to unblock a 40mm waste pipe which had multiple blockages going in 3 meters. Furthermore I discovered that the waste pipework was incorrectly installed by someone who was not a qualified plumber. I explained this to you in depth and you told me that you knew the builders used to do the work were cowboys. Now had you have mentioned this on our initial call then the price would have been different. Additionally you kitchen sink was completely loose and as a result the worktop has become quite damaged y all the water that had been all behind it. over the last 2 years. I completely removed the sink, repaired the worktop and refitted the sink. And lastly to remove the blockage through 3 visits on separate days.... but I’m ordr to do this I had to disconnect and completely remove you integrated dishwasher. Yet again we found that the waste pipe for the dishwasher was also incorrectly installed. Anyway I’ve tried my best and been professional throughout but you can’t deny any of what I have said. And I charged you £250, bearings in mind the average hourly rate for qualified plumbing engineer in London is £60 an hour. I never refused to finish the job, in regards to that all that remained was to reconnect the dishwasher. But refused to pyamy
