Work on the day seemed to go well. They were very polite and efficient. One BIG problem, I have asked a number of times for the 2 year guarantee that was promised on completion but still it hasn't been provided. At first my msgs were answered but now I am being ignored and my email came back yesterday by mailer-deamon. I phoned and someone else answered promising a return call, it hasnt happened. I need this guarantee as I have sold my house! quick to take my money but not to fulfill what we had agreed. Also still waiting for a receipt. Very disappointed as I thought they seemed genuine guys

Very friendly gentleman arrived and fixed my recliner chair together again. On time and nothing to much trouble and a great attitude to life. I'm well pleased
