James came and gave us a quote and was very polite. On the first day he didn’t arrive until gone 11 as he was having a bad day. Most days he and his mates, Caleb and Kieran, turned up between 10 and 12 and left between 4 and 5. They didn’t let us know when they were coming or that they were going. They were very messy and did an awful job. The patio is uneven and dangerous with glass and hardcore in the topsoil and drains. This whole job was shocking and now has to be completely ripped up and redone. I contacted James who has repeatedly ignored my messages and calls.
