Replace Existing Gas Cooker
Ben was clear in his correspondence regarding costs and when he was available. He emailed on the day to give a time of arrival. His work was excellent and very professional. Any other gas related jobs we need doing , I would not hesitate to use him again.

Repair Lounge Gas Fire Ignition Issue
When people select a tradesperson to come to their home to fix a problem with an appliance they hope for a reliable and skilful professional Little things mean a lot like putting dust sheets down to protect the furnishings and explaining in easy to understand exactly what's wrong and what needs to be done, To say Ben Shaw excels at his work is putting it mildly and I have no hesitation whatsoever in saying "If you've tried the rest then try the best" Please step forward Mr Ben Shaw.

Remove And Refit Gas Hob
Ben's workmanship is to a high standard much like his professionalism. He removed and reinstalled a gas hob to allow new wood countertops to be fitted. Thankfully, he's a dab hand with plumbing too and helped install a new sink & spring mixer tap with waste. He double checked his gas readings and capped off unused plumbing. I would highly recommend B Shaw Services.

Remove Gas Fire and Isolate Supply
Ben was excellent, gave advise on some other making good works required after the fire was removed, was coutious, cleaned up any mess, even took the old fire with him to leave out for scrap metal van to pick up. Went above and beyond what was required for the job. Highly recommend him, and quoted a very fair price too.
