Replace Washer in Kitchen Mixer Tap
Steve telephoned me within 5 minutes of me posting and arranged to visit the next day. He phoned. me beforehand to check that I was expecting him and arrived promptly as arranged. He quickly diagnosed that the fitment was very old (which it was) and couldn't be repaired. He suggested that he should go to Screwfix to get a replacement and did so immediately. He had to drill out the old fitment, which he did, then fitted the new one which is working perfectly. The bill which included the cost of the new fitment was very reasonable. I paid him by BACS later. I shall certainly use him again.
Toilet Valve Repair or Replacement
Called B D Plumbing back to resolve an issue with the bath after this job. Charged me for work he didnt do and took advantage of the fact I am not at the property. Cant get hold of him now.
B D PlumbingOk mate if you say so my other reviews say different I fixed 2 issues at your rental with no problems after I did what I said I did you accepted the price and work was carried out with no problems other than the bath panel that needed removing but was silicones on so had to be broken bad tradesman before silicones on knowing it would need removing at some point. Please don’t say I’m ignoring you when I spoken to you but you decided to get funny with me. I’m good at what I do take pride in my work I’m sorry you feel this way even though you’ve not been to the property many thanks for your review.
Replace Taps With Mixer Tap
Quick to reply and gave a reasonable quote. Set a date and time, arrived on time and was very polite. Did a good job and fixed a broken shower switch that had gone. Would definitely recommend Stephen to others who require a plumber

The work was carried out very efficiently by someone who obviously was very experienced, and I was told exactly what needed to be done and why. All done in a very friendly and helpful manner. Very impressed and definitely would use this company again if needed.
