work carried out was good, still need a invoice to be able to process payment our end as its classed as an expense, due to the value we require a invoice. tried emailing and calling and no joy.
B D PlumbingI’ve spoken to you on a number of occasions receipt to the standard I send them was sent not sure what the problem is here as I explained I send receipts myself and not my strongest point just checking that job was completed and there is no further issues. Just do not get the non answering bit as we spoken hours before this review was left.

On the 22nd June I advertised for a plumber to supply and fit a bath, Stephen from BD plumbing reply on the 12th June he came to my brothers flat and gave us a quote £450, I agreed to quote and he asked for £280 up front stupidly I gave him £280 without a receipt. A few days later we arranged a time and date to do job, he never turned up, 2 more days he did this and never turned up We agreed to give me back but he keeps giving excuse after excuse why money is delayed, this has been going on now but he won't give me my money back he has not answerd my phone call or text. Looks like I have got to go to Lutterworth to confront him unless you can step in
